Insider Reporting

Insiders have to report their initial holdings when they are reported by the listed company as insiders.

Then they have to report any change of holdings as well.

Now you can report on AktieTorget's web site

Like before there will be a confirmation mailed out to you as soon as the registration has been registered in our back office system, but not later than after 3 working days

The registration site allows you to do the following:

• Company Registration — Report new insiders in the company
• First time registration — Report current holdings at the time when you became an insider
• Change registration — Report change in holdings.
