AktieTorget's member contract

The Contract and the Trading rules are written in cooperation with The Swedish Securities Dealers Association and its Regulation Group. All significant remarks from the Regulation Group has been taken into consideration by AktieTorget.

Background

AktieTorget is a Swedish securities company that has been granted the right to organise trading with financial instruments through the provision of a trading platform (multilateral trading facility, MTF) in accordance with legislation (2007:528) regulating the securities market. Trade on the AktieTorget trading platform ("Market place”) takes place with the support of OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm at the time of the version of the INET Nordic electronic trading system.

The Trade participant is a Swedish securities institute or a foreign securities company which has permission to undertake orders regarding financial instruments on behalf of the customer or client. The Trade participant aims to participate in the Market place trading on behalf of their customers and on behalf of themselves.
